Interim Management No matter how careful Succession Planning is, there are inevitably times when a key position in an organisation is left vacant for a period of time. This can be caused by an unexpected resignation, extended absence through illness, or long service leave. Whatever the reason, there are times when this leaves a gap in the organisation, which needs to be filled on a temporary basis until the encumbent returns, or a suitable replacement is found. Our Principal, Kevin Hanvey, is a very experienced senior line manager and IT Strategist, and as such is able to quickly assume responsibility, and continue with the day to day operation. In addition to maintaining the status quo, if required, Kevin is able to advise senior management or the board, on a permanent replacement.
