The PWS Coaching Programs are based on a unique framework developed by Pamela Wakefield-Semmens, CEO of Pentangle Coaching and Referral Services. These programs help you to reflect on your past, examine where you are today, and to explore what you need to do to make the changes you want to make to your life. These unique programs combine theory with practical application and have been designed in such a way that they can be completely customised and personalised to your individual needs. Overview of the Programs These programs are for anyone who has reached a point in their life and career journey where they want to make a real difference. These programs are with the support of a Pentangle Certified Coach. Each program is not prescriptive in that you can decide with your coach where you need to start, the pace at which you want to move through the program, how much you want to work through with your coach and how much you want to work through on your own.
